D. SMS and Text Message Communications

Entertainment Managers may use text messaging to communicate with clients and other individuals regarding inquiries, appointments, services, administrative matters, and other business-related communications.

When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from us, we may use that number to send communications related to our business relationship with you. 

Your consent to receive SMS or text messages from Entertainment Managers will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not share mobile phone numbers with third parties for the purpose of allowing those third parties to send marketing text messages to you.

We may, however, provide information to communications service providers that process messages on our behalf when necessary to deliver the communication service.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

You may choose to stop receiving text messages from us at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in our messages or by contacting Entertainment Managers directly.

Opting out of text messages will not prevent us from contacting you through other appropriate methods when necessary to provide services, respond to your request, or comply with legal or professional obligations. 

E. Use of RingCentral and Other Communications Service Providers

Entertainment Managers may use third-party communications providers, including RingCentral, to facilitate telephone calls, text messages, voicemail, and related business communications.

When these services are used, information necessary to provide the communication service may be processed by the service provider. This may include:

  • Your telephone or mobile phone number;
  • Communication dates and times;
  • Message content;
  • Call or messaging records; and
  • Other technical or service information necessary to transmit or manage the communication.

These service providers process information on our behalf for purposes related to providing communication services.

Entertainment Managers does not authorize RingCentral or other service providers to use client phone numbers or SMS consent information for unrelated third-party marketing purposes.

The use and processing of information by RingCentral is also subject to RingCentral's own privacy practices and applicable terms of service.

F. Confidentiality and Security of Nonpublic Personal Information

Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, we restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to employees of our firm and other parties who require that information to provide services to you.

Their ability to use or further disclose information is limited by our firm's policies, applicable law, professional standards, contractual obligations, and nondisclosure agreements where appropriate.
